Our Refund Policy
We take great pride in our work here at WeDecal.com. We make sure the quality of our products are as high as our expectations that you will love the products. If for some reason however your decals arrive and they are damaged in any way we are prepared to exchange your items only on the provision:
WeDecal staff are committed to taking utmost care in the delivery and packaging of all our customer's products. Although damage can and does occur through domestic and international postal systems we are prepared to exchange items that may of incurred "serious" damage that would result in the delivered products to become "unusable". We Will exchange products only with the symptoms of:
WeDecal however refuses to both refund or exchange customer's claims that we may suspect contains evidence or lack of opposing evidence that suggest product faults were due to customer use or mishandling. What that means is, if you broke it, you bought it. We are not and can not be held liable for customer's mishandling or applying/using our products incorrectly.
If there were any errors made on our part, the erroneous products will be replaced at our expense. A refund may also be requested at the discretion of the customer. However no orders can be cancelled after payment is received, also all orders correctly shipped and constructed cannot and will not be replaced or exchanged.
In layman's terms, if you received the order you asked for, don't come to us for a refund or exchange if you accidently stuck your decal down incorrectly!
