A decal is usually a single colored vinyl graphic with an adhesive backing that allows you to stick the vinyl graphic to things! If you are used to calling this type of invention a "sticker" then by all means refer to it as a sticker! However what sets a decal and a sticker apart is that a decal is one and only one color! You don't print a graphic only the vinyl, the graphic is the vinyl!

Although we do have over 100 fonts in our system, available for you to use, we do not have all the fonts in the universe. However if you have a special request, please e-mail us at sales [at] wedecal [dot] com and we will see if we can work with your font (some fonts are impossible to reproduce if they are too small) and then arrange the order for you!

Yes! We can! But we need to know what you want done and how! For example maybe you want a different coloured letter? Or an outline for your text! Just e-mail us with what you want done, and we'll e-mail you back with the checkout instructions to get your amazingly colourful decal to you!

It's really quite simple! First pick a place that you've always dreamed about to place your decal on. This should be a fairly smooth surface. Then clean the surface thoroughly, to ensure maximum stickiness. Then peal off the white backing tape. This is the wax based smooth white piece of paper, not the masking paper. Be careful here! Don't let any of the decal stick to itself, otherwise...It's stuck to itself, and yes, it's very sticky!

Next place one edge down on the surface in the position you want to place it, then next slowly and gradually rub down from the side till the decal is completely placed! Next squeegee or rub down on the graphics, firmly, to ensure maximum adhesion. Now what you ask? We take off the masking paper, or, application tape. Grab one edge and peel it up slowly. The best way to do this is to keep it at 180 degrees, to avoid pulling up the decal graphics! Take a deep breath, a step back, and feel amazing inside as to how awesome it looks!

The preview system on the website aims to show you how the font will look, not the actual decal. It is there primarily to show you how the letters sit with each other! So all graphical previews are just samples of how the font looks, not all of your selected settings! But when we make your product, be 100% sure, we go off what you specified, not the preview, in fact, we don't even see the preview! We're robots!

So you're trying to get past step 1 and it won't let you? What's happening? Millennium bug you ask? We need to make sure your browser is set up for success! We use high quality materials. They are designed to withstand the elements of the outdoors! In fact, they are designed to last 3-5 years outdoors. But don't think they are indestructible, you can scratch them and damage them, just like paint on a car!

As much as we would like magic beans to build our beanstalk, we cannot! We do however use PayPal as our payment gateway, to protect you, and to protect us! That means all major credit cards are accepted! Plus you can pay via your PayPal account and even directly out of your bank account! So we probably accept everything but magic beans!

No! There comes a point where the text is simply too small that we need to get the microscope out to get to the atomic level of the decal. We will refuse and perhaps refund if there is a decal with too much text for the size ordered. This means if you ordered a decal 100mm x 20mm with 50 letters, chances are it is impossible to be made! However do not fear, we will contact all customers with orders that we feel are too difficult to apply!

The free shipping offer only applies to orders whereby the item cost total is over $30 Australian dollars and you have selected the Regular Postage method! If you are eligible to receive this offer, it will display as FREE! next to the shipping choice!

Depending on your shipping choice, you will most likely have to be patient! We aim to get your custom decals in the mail the next business day! But if it has been a week or two more with your order, then get in contact with us! We want you to be in touch with your decals as soon as possible!

Now we can't go handing out refunds or replacements to everyone that didn't apply their decals correctly, and decided to go ripping them up and asking for a refund! But if you received your decals and they look damaged then please take a photo of them, and email us at sales [at] wedecal [dot] com. Please note, the backing paper cannot be removed, otherwise we will declare this as used.

Believe it or not, you might of supplied an incorrect e-mail address! We receive many e-mails, of which we respond to in the first few minutes if we can. If you didn't get a response within 24 hours it is usually due to your e-mail address being unreachable!
